We understand that no single treatment plan fits all patients. That’s why we care for you based on your unique needs, and we provide the expert dentistry necessary to meet your specific desires and expectations. At our office, you will never feel as though your voice has not been heard, or that you are being rushed through your visit.

The fees for the family and cosmetic dentistry services provided in our New Holland dental office are determined by the care, skill and expertise of Dr. Sheaffer, Dr. Harkin, and our experienced staff. We recognize that our dental services and fees are exceptional in value, and we work to provide top-quality, affordable dental care for everyone who visits our office. We encourage you to freely discuss with us the complexities of your care or ask questions about our treatment recommendations for you at anytime during your visit.

Dental Insurance

Although our practice is not a preferred provider or contractually connected to any insurance plan, we are more than willing to help you sort through the details of your insurance benefits.  Our office coordinator does an excellent job of contacting your insurance company to ask questions on your behalf, and will be glad to provide any necessary documentation or x-rays. We work very hard to submit your insurance claims electronically, often completing the claims process on the day of your visit. In fact, our patients typically receive their reimbursement checks from their insurance providers by mail within about two weeks. Nearly every dental insurance plan is useful in our office, up to the limits set by each individual plan.

In addition to dental insurance, our New Holland cosmetic and family dentistry office accepts the following forms of payment:

  • Check
  • Major credit cards
  • In-office financing

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen, plans change and unexpected events may arise that prevent you from making it to your regularly scheduled appointments.

We ask that you give us 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. This enables us to notify other patients who may want to accept an earlier appointment, should one become available.
